  • Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day duties of the retail operation including inventory purchasing and management, facilitating vendor relationships and contracts, updating and maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system, managing all aspects of the rental pump program including collections, researching, and purchasing new products, and merchandising both MilkWorks retail locations.   • The Breastfeeding Educators (BEs) at MilkWorks will greet clients & customers, schedule consultation appointments, help parents with drop in weight checks, provide general breastfeeding information, provide education on breast pumps/breastfeeding supplies and support mission related retail. They will work as a team with the Site Director and Lactation Consultants.
