This class provides support for moms and babies who have a food sensitivity. Taught by Jessie Coffey, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in food sensitivities, the class is designed to help moms eat healthy foods, explore coping techniques, connect with other moms, and get their baby ready to have a healthy and happy introduction to solids! We encourage moms to schedule an appointment with one of our lactation consultants prior to attending the class. The fee is $25. Registration is required.
