What to bring:
Your insurance card(s) – we will make a copy!
A prescription from your healthcare provider.

Nebraska Medicaid Specifics:
If you are covered through Nebraska Medicaid, your prescription must be signed by an MD or DO.
You may obtain a breast pump 30 days before, or after, the birth of your baby.

Our Baby Weigh Station features a hospital grade digital scale for accurate weight checks. Stop by for a “before and
after feeding” weight check. We will gladly FAX your baby’s weight to your healthcare provider upon request.
